Quality Control Inspector

Duties:

- Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision measuring instruments and equipment.
- Document and report inspection results, including any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
- Follow established quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and other relevant industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control processes and best practices.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers.
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles for food safety.
- Experience with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation related to product quality requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear feedback on quality issues.
