We're looking for a fun, creative individual to work collaboratively with our team to manage our social media platforms and work with our content creators and influencer base. This person should be able to tell stories that are interesting and compelling to our community, while also generating revenue through organic channels.

• Post compelling content daily on all social platforms
• Measure results in order to determine what our audience likes
• Create content that can be shared to increase engagement
• Source and work with content creators and editors to regularly create content across all brand pillars
• Own ideation - generate ideas and populate the creative pipeline and manage on time execution
• Develop content weekly by following the marketing calendar and execute on prompts provided by the marketing team
• Visually document the behind the scenes of our brand 
• Contact existing and new influencers to generate content
• Engage our community to request UGC 
• Proactive listening across social channels - commenting and liking posts and responding to all comments on our accounts
• Generate weekly reporting to show growth across set KPIs
• Provide social strategies for new product launches and collaborations

Experience

• 2 years of social media management including ideation and content creator management
• 1 years working with social media influencers and affiliates

• Must be able to ideate and execute compelling content that increases engagement
