STEAMPUNK is Hiring a Remote Business Process Analyst
Overview
Operate with latitude in performing complex duties related to delivery operations, contract performance, administrative and logistical tracking and compliance/operational discipline for our Homeland Justice & Commerce portfolio of work. Provide value-added input in developing new concepts, techniques, and standards. Support Portfolio Operations and Project Management Offices responsibilities.

- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new skills, tools, and technology.
- Resourceful in overcoming obstacles.
- Practical experience with, TEAMs, SharePoint, Jira and Confluence
- Practical experience creating executive briefs
- Practical experience developing and managing schedules and timelines
Qualifications
- 2 Years' Experience with Agile Development Teams
- 2 Years' Experience Serving as the Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
- Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into specific user stories.
