Position:

AR/AP/Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

• Cash Receipts Processing - ACH & Paper Checks
• Invoice Tracking: Proactive v. Reactive
• Customer AR Portals - Track status and identify problem invoices before they become past due
• Payment Status - customer emails and statements
• Collections when needed
• Problem Invoice Research
• Amendments
• Credit Rebills
• Resubmission

Customers

• Assist with customer onboarding
• Billing Procedures
• Assist with new prospect credit checks and existing customer credit monitoring and credit limit tracking

Accounts Payable

• AP Processing
• Gather and enter ACH Information for carriers
• Process AP Nacha Files
• Promote and process quick pay

Payroll

• Assist in Inputting/Processing Payroll when needed
• Salary Changes
• PTO

Other Possible Duties

• New Employee Onboarding
• Claims Assistance
• Commissions
• Bookkeeping
• Bill Pay
