Salary range: $32.43 - $45.40 per hour 

Job Description

The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing support for product focused lines of business. This includes managing projects and initiatives and coordinating marketing campaigns for assigned lines of business to support the organization’s strategic initiatives and specific line of business goals.

Core Job Requirements/Outcomes

  • Support line of business goals and key organization initiatives by managing and creating integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Lead Brand Marketing efforts on product related cross-functional projects by coordinating project planning, and prioritizing key deliverables all while working to accomplish tasks to fit into the department workload.
  • Identify trends and best practices to uncover opportunities for product differentiation by partnering and collaborating with line of key partners such as BI Analytics, Product Management and Market Research.

Other Essential Functions

  • Create marketing and creative briefs and campaign lookbacks and share with leadership and key line of business partners.
  • Assist in budget management efforts to ensure ROI is maximized and marketing objectives are met while staying within allotted budget.
  • Collaborate with Communications, Retail, Product Management, and Training to identify and develop key messaging to assist with product launch execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and line of business partners.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or actively pursuing degree), or equivalent work experience required.

Job Experience Minimum three years of experience including one year of product marketing and/or project management experience required. Previous financial or product management experience strongly preferred.

Software Skills Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Other Skills Must be creative and detail oriented with high level of organization skills to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing priorities.

Physical Demands Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 10 pounds with accommodations.

Work Conditions Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Travel Demands Occasional travel to STCU branch locations is required.
