Job Overview:

Assist with property management and sale of REO properties. Properties are bank-owned and corporate owned properties. Our firm is responsible for managing these assets from assignment to closing.

Job Duties:

-activate/deactivate utitlies

-coordinate inspections and photos-obtain contractor bids

-coordinate contractors and repairs-contact HOAs for information

-search for code violations, municipal liens, or other back due balances

-assist with invoicing

-BPO/valuation orders-enter listings in MLS

-coordinate showings-

social media, marketing, website help

-manage transactions and timelines-CRM setup/management help

-some travel to visit properties may be required

-Must be available during daytime, weekends as needed. Time zone, EST.

-We service Florida and Connecticut

-Real estate license is a plus, but not required. If you are licensed must work for our firm. You are welcome to take all buyer leads and work these properties as your own. Lots of potental to make more money.

Although this is a part time based starting position, I am hoping to find someone to help grow with us and become full time within the next 6-12 months. More pay offered for higher experience.
