Essential Functions

1. Transforms the quality of service to the client through innovative change management ideals and inspiring communication.
2. Responsible for assessing and advising upper management on Client Services issues, including both emergent and systemic.
3. Continually assesses the Client Services department, on a regional basis, and develops, implements, and assigns processes, procedures, and projects accordingly.
4. Staffs, trains, and evaluated a team of Regional Business Managers.
5. Manages and executes professional service requests.
6. Maintains relationships with current clients and ensures that the client’s needs are being met within the scope of the business analysis.
7. Helps on the development and management of key strategic partnerships.
8. Assists with new business opportunity existing accounts
9. Investigates client needs on a daily basis and expedites solutions.
10. Ensures all established costs and quality, commitments are met.
Marginal or Additional Functions
1. Ensures quality and value in the workmanship of the Client Services staff.
2. Represents the Company at various meetings and conferences to promote new and existing products.
3. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
