JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is enthusiastic about helping customers receive the best possible product and service. To be successful, you will bring a consultative selling approach while possessing the ability to create compelling sales presentations, engage decision makers and effectively negotiate acceptable terms.
The candidate must have experience selling high-end products or services to discerning clientele, as well as have a proven history building effective long-term relationships with strategic accounts or customers.
Knowledge or experience in building materials, construction, home design and/or architecture is preferred. A comfort level managing complex projects with a high amount of detail involved is required.
The successful candidate will execute the direct sales of premium custom doors, windows, and millwork products to luxury builders, architects, designers, general contractors and/or homeowners in both residential and commercial environments. Many of the products are custom made by highly skilled artisans at our facility but can also include products sourced through vendors. This position will involve establishing new customers through leads generated by referrals and marketing and will also include mining for new accounts through outreach efforts.

LOCATION:
This is a hybrid role where successful candidates will have the flexibility to build their own schedule. Successfully selling to builders, architects, and designers will require spending at least a few days per week at client locations and jobsites. Successful candidates will have access to Stately's showrooms and offices across the US as needed. Specific scheduling details will depend on experience and sales focus (ex: selling to builders will require a different schedule than selling to architects).
