Parks/Pipestem Resort State Park/Summers County Under general supervision, assists the Golf and Recreation Director with the general oversight of indoor pool, splash park, campground and golf operations at Pipestem Resort State Park. May work in any of the above facilities. Keeps records of supplies and notifies supervisor when supplies are needed. Collects fees for all areas. Completes daily attendance and sales reports. Makes reservations for the campground using CampLife. Schedules tee times for Pro Shop. Helps with group bookings associated with pool operations. Oversees the work and scheduling of 6 seasonal Lifeguards. Will be responsible for opening and closing procedures for indoor pool. Performs maintenance and upkeep in all facilities. Keeps all pool pumps, filters, and motors in proper working condition. Cleans and sanitizes all facilities. Must have knowledge of arithmetic in order to make change. Individual will be trained in the efficient use of CampLife point of sale system in all facilities. Individual will need to obtain certification as a Certified Pool Operator and as a lifeguard. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to accommodate the public and create a pleasant atmosphere to ensure return business. Regular attendance is required.
