Job Summary:
As a Commercial Technology Support Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our client's commercial technology systems. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of functional and technical skills, with a focus on .Net, Power BI, and some familiarity with ETRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support for commercial technology systems, with expertise in .Net and Power BI.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and system integrations.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and optimizations with a focus on .Net and Power BI technologies.
• Collaborate with the IT team and business users to implement enhancements and improvements to core systems.
• Utilize ETRM knowledge to enhance technology systems for trading and risk management needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures, with a specific focus on .Net, Power BI, and ETRM technologies.
• Develop training materials and guides to assist end-users in utilizing technology effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or commensurate experience).
• Proven experience in providing technical support with a strong focus on .Net and Power BI technologies.
• Familiarity with Energy Trading and Risk Management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
