As part of UL’s Commercial Technology team, the Commercial Technology Enablement Specialist will contribute significantly to drive Commercial Technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the Commercial Operations organization. Under the supervision of the Commercial Technology Enablement Manger, facilitates Commercial Technology projects, leads cross-functional project teams, collaborates to discover, evaluate and prioritize Commercial Technology opportunities, and gains sufficient understanding of specific commercial technologies to facilitate project management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders across the organization to drive Commercial Technology initiatives
• Delivering key initiatives by reaching project milestones on-time and consistently
• Developing and maintaining project charters, project plans, and leadership updates
• Facilitating cross-functional conversations and meetings for team alignment
• Leading change management by providing internal training, communication and education for new tools or programs through a train-the-trainer model with stakeholders
