The Human Resources department at Tri-County Technical College is looking for a driven, entry-level, Part-Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will provide administrative support for the day-to-day functions in the department, create and maintain employees files both paper and electronically and provide ,organization to the department.
Job Functions:
  • Creates and maintains an efficient electronic employee record folder system, scans and uploads documents to system and verifies accuracy. 
  • Responsible for assisting with clerical duties such as greeting employees, answering phone calls, returning voicemails, receiving/distributing mail, directing walk-in traffic, answering questions, etc. when needed. 
  • Assisting with updating internal employee databases, data entry and filing HR documents. 
  • Performs other projects as deemed necessary by the Human Resources Manager or Director 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
A high school diploma.
