This position is located at 2100 Charlie Hall Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29414.
Under general supervision, acts as the staff development coordinator for Charleston and Dorchester Clinics. Assesses clinical training needs of center, provides training and consulting for staff and managers, and arranges needs training from outside agencies to enhance the clinical skills of clinicians. This position will also coordinate student interns and functions as part of the QI team. You will have some QI responsibilities to include (but not limited) auditing charts for quarterly audit and running various reports.STATE: A master’s degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field and professional experience in a mental health, human service or social service program. 
INT: A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited program, university, or college in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or other behavioral discipline deemed equivalent by SCDMH and three (3) years of post-graduate experience in a clinical counseling program.
