As a Salon Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Booking appointments over phone and email
- Responding to emails and voicemails
- Assisting with group bookings and inventory management
- Ensuring the studio and equipment meet company standards
- Confidently processing transactions and cash handling
- Assisting with setting up/breaking down technician stations
- Understanding our products, services, and retail inventory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively use booking and point of sale systems
- Strong knowledge of services offered and retail sold
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
