- Accounts Receivable functions.
- Accounts Payable functions.
- Reconciling invoices against purchase orders while working directly with vendors, warehouse/receiving staff, and the SLPH Purchasing Agent to facilitate the processing of a variety of invoices.
- Resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Tracking/managing fixed assets.
- Assist the Laboratory in maximizing the collection of receipts including Medicaid and other fees through several activities.
- Assist in preparation of deposit, ensuring proper deposit into correct revenue account/cost center combination.
- Assist with administrative functions related to travel authorizations, travel reimbursements etc.
- Assist in processing and sending Newborn Screening invoices and credits on a monthly basis, as well as lab invoices daily.
