What you’ll do:

• Support leadership with operational activities.
• Coordinate with staff to update the section’s administrative manual.
• Assist managers in drafting job postings and related hiring documents.
• Assist in coordinating data for reports and responses to public inquiries.
• Assist in updating the organization’s planning documents.

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college OR two or more years of professional experience with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• 3-5 years of experience collaborating across teams for task deliverables.
• 1-2 years of experience developing program policies and writing procedure manuals.
• 2-3 years of past experience as a manager or supervisor is preferred.
• Previous experience using HireTrue to arrange applicant interviews, hire, and on-board new employees is preferred but not required.
