Position Summary & Responsibilities
Position Summary : Serves as Recruitment Coordinator for the Ellsworth Correctional Facility (ECF). Post and close open state position into the SHaRP system.
Contacts interested individuals from the SHaRP system and Indeed; gathers all pre-employment paperwork. Schedules interviews and pre-employment health screenings.
Organizes material for contract emplyees and conducts orientation that relates to emplyment within the facility to the new employees, issues identification badge, and chits.
Maintains the Performance Reviews (PM) in the Talent Management System (TMS). Ensures annual, special, and promotion performance reviews are created in the TMS system and is forwarded to the supervisor.
Routes Position Description reviews at least annually.
Maintains, prepares, and disctributes monthly Tuberculosis (TB) testing notification to employees and contract staff. Performs receptionist duties for the HR office.
Assists the other HR staff in the completion of payroll and a working knowledge of the benefit package. Performs related duties as required by the position or as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : Two years of experience in general office, clerical, and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
