Summary Statement

Develop and implement training, informational, and/or educational programs, courses, curricula, training resources, lesson plans, materials, and visual aids. Prepare and submit records, reports, evaluations and forms as it relates to nursing education. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, regulations, requirements, and/or contract agreements. Provide administrative support to the Nursing Education Department in a variety of ways, such as: developing spreadsheets, research, and analyses of department services, coordinating operations and being the principal contact with other departments, prepare reports and provide supporting documentation, establishes monitoring systems and conducts follow up to ensure effective resolution of matters.

Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations and forms.� Participates in and make recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS for Registered Nurse IIIApplicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:Registered Nurse III - Psychiatric Nursing At least two years experience as a Registered Nurse in Psychiatric Nursing OR a Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing and at least one year experience as a Registered Nurse in Psychiatric Nursing OR a Masters degree or higher in Nursing. Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license OR multi-state compact license.
