This position is located in the Human Resources Division of the State Court Administrator’s Office (SCAO) and is responsible for work related to the administration of the Judicial Department’s payroll operation and the Judicial Department's statewide leave reporting system.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the role’s essential functions. The requirements listed in the official job description are representative of the knowledge, skill, ability, physical and environmental conditions required of the employee on the job. -Minimum of two years course work at an accredited college or university in the field of finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources, or related field plus two years of office experience. An additional two years of office experience may be substituted for the required formal education.

***This position will be open until filled after meeting the minimum five day requirement with a first review date of Friday, May 10, 2024 and then every five days thereafter.****

The Human Resources division is looking to add an innovative and forward thinking payroll analyst to our team. The successful applicant must thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining accurate and timely payroll processes. The payroll team is committed to serving the state of Colorado Court and Probation employees and is responsible for processing payroll, leave and timekeeping for the department’s four thousand employees. We are excited to welcome a new team member who will be an integral contributor to the evolution of the payroll processes and systems.

 Human Resources and the payroll team value our team members and see the ability to work in a hybrid work environment as a benefit to their daily lives. We work with each employee individually to identify what works best for them personally while balancing business needs. Some in-office time is required as the business needs demand, and in-person time on the front end will be used for training purposes, but a balanced hybrid schedule will be developed.

 Salary offers are based on a wide variety of factors including a candidate’s experience, skills, and education, as well as budget availability. The full salary range for this position is $4,678.00 - $6,472.00 per month. The hiring range for this position is $4,678.00 - $5,614.00 per month. Salary growth within the job classification is based on performance awards, salary survey increases, etc.
