Pay will be determined based on the location of the selected individual. What you will be doing: As a member of the Department of Family and Community Services Talent Acquisition Team, you will manage full-cycle recruitments that source and maintain quality candidates, create a positive candidate experience, and utilize alternative sourcing methodologies, and best practices to attract, engage and retain a strong talent pool, and onboarding of department employees. You will collaborate with leadership to develop and manage recruitments that align with our department’s goals and ensure we have the right talent in place to support our mission. You will be a representative of the department to candidates and organizations when attending events, such as job fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events.
