Responsibilities Our Agency Operations team is looking for Agency Operations Technicians to join a fast-paced and customer focused environment.

Join our dynamic and dedicated team where your work will make a great impact on the organization! As an Agency Operations Technician, you will focus on phone work assisting agents and agent team members.

• Assisting with marketing, licensing policy movement and agency needs through phone contact and utilizing chat features. Additional Details : This is a full-time role Training is for 4 weeks and the hours for training are M-F 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM The first and last week of training is in the office Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7AM-7 PM;
• no weekends Set schedule with shift bids every six months Strong Internet connection is required when working virtually Location : Cityline-Building 4;

Richardson, Texas (Relocation benefits will not be provided) Salary : $44,.75 ($22.25 / hour) NON-NEGOTIABLE Anticipated start date will be in July Incumbency : This position will have a 12-month incumbency period (beginning on the effective date of the position) which must be met before the employee can post for any other State Farm position.

The incumbency period does not affect the at-will relationship between State Farm and the employee and does not create an employment contract, nor contractual rights.

This is a hybrid role which means you will work virtually and be required to come into the office.
