State Farm- Jeremy Walser Insurance Agency is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Las Vegas, NV

Hiring for a customer service representative, for my State Farm Insurance Agency.

· Property and Casualty Licensed in the state of NV preferred but not required

· Bilingual preferred but not required

· State Farm insurance experience preferred but not required

· Organized

· Effective time management skills

· Personable

· Ability to problem solve

· Effective communicator

Job description:

· Work in an agent’s office and be the first point of contact for walk-in traffic and in-bound phone calls.

· Responsible for beginning of day reminders

· Responsible for communicating with other departments within company to research solutions-Specifically underwriting and service.

· Responsible for working with clients and billing to resolve payment questions

· Responsible for client billing reminders

· Responsible for following up with clients to ensure applications are completed and policies are issued correctly

· Responsible for ensuring all required forms are signed by client and submitted to SF.

· Responsible for lapse/cancel ratio.

· Responsible for meeting with clients and reviewing their HH looking for gaps in coverage and risks.

· Responsible for pivoting daily.

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Possession of a Property & Casualty License
- Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Experience in food service, including food preparation, serving, and handling
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash register operations
- Ability to maintain food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with basic math for tasks such as cash handling and retail math
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry
- Culinary experience is a plus
- Ability to upsell and increase sales
- Experience in bussing tables and kitchen operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
