State Farm Insurance Utti Agency is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near McMinnville, OR

` Entry level full time bilingual receptionist.

Local Insurance Agency looking to hire a reliable full time bilingual front desk receptionist. Our office is open Monday- Friday 9-5 with an hour lunch from 12:30-1:30.

It is very important for our office to have a friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist customers is very important.

A few responsibilities for this person will include:

  • Greeting customers/office guest
  • Set appointments as well as confirming up coming appointments
  • Answering phones, transferring calls as well as make calls on behalf of team members when needed
  • Take messages ensuring they are passed to appropriate team member
  • Handle billing/send payment reminders/take payments
  • Following up with customers regarding discounts
  • Sending and receiving office correspondence as needed
  • Return calls promptly
  • Update customer profiles
  • Provide support to all team members as needed

Requirements include/skills include:

Customer service experience preferred

Able to work well with others

Bilingual Spanish/English Language

Familiarity with basic office software

Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers.

Have good telephone communication etiquette

Organized and resourceful

Fast learner

Have reliable transportation

This position is full-time in office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
