Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, schedule birthday parties, call birthday parties to go over details, keep up on paperwork, answer emails, and accept booking requests
- Closers must clean bathrooms, stock bathrooms, and take out the trash at the end of the night
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in reception is preferred
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff members
