Peter Weidinger - State Farm Agency, located in Plantation, FL, has an immediate opening for a Front Office - Team Member.

No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. This is an entry level opportunity with an opportunity to grow if desired!

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Provide product / services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage incoming calls.
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
