Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all 17 State Bank of Southern Utah facilities.
This includes coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, projects, cleaning contracts, and grounds management, including snow removal.
The role involves making recommendations, managing vendors, and purchasing equipment and services. Regular communication with employees, managers, and vendors regarding facility changes and initiatives is essential.
