Job Details
Description
Assists the appraisal department by handling incoming appraisal requests and closing out completed appraisal reports. Reviews completed evaluations and appraisals for completion and follows up on any missing or erroneous information.
This position acts as the point of contact for appraisers and vendors. Manages other office administrative duties to support the workflow of the department.
Takes pictures of various types of property for evaluation files. This position is based in-office in Cedar City. This is not a remote work opportunity.
