We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives and Revenue Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of company initiatives and projects aimed at increasing revenue and ensuring long-term growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional partnership/collaboration, financial acumen, and project management skills to drive initiatives across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning process and the development of innovative revenue strategies to ensure sustained financial growth, aligning both short and long-term goals with overall business objectives.
  • Co-create and support strategic plans with various teams, focusing on delivery excellence, growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners, as well as internal stakeholders such as C-level executives, account leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Drive the identification, development, and execution of revenue enhancement initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint opportunities for revenue growth and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee financial modeling and analysis, setting revenue benchmarks and providing detailed operational reports to the Leadership Team.
  • Analyze technology trends, customer needs, and business processes to shape revenue-enhancing strategies.
  • Spearhead new business initiatives by designing engagement plans, leading brainstorming sessions, and delivering persuasive new business pitches.
  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging challenges, proactively offering solutions to support and advance client and company business initiatives.
  • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, provide thought leadership, and drive continuous improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets for strategic projects to ensure the effective allocation of resources.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A solid track record in strategic planning, business development, revenue growth, and project management within the relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and the ability to apply this knowledge to strategic business planning.
  • Proficiency in CRM, business intelligence tools, project management software, and other related technologies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Office work.
  • Movement ability to frequent usage of wrists, hands and finger dexterity to movements such as constant typing.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
  • Occasional lifting of items with weight up to 70 lbs.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in a revenue generating, company expansion, project management, or other similar position.
  • BA/BS in a related field (MBA is preferred, but not required).
