The person will be responsible to develop, coach and train Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals, placement objectives and to ensure company standards are met.**Job Description:**

**Qualifications include:**
* Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing
* Two or more years of experience in sales, category/brand management
* Wine and spirits industry experience.
* Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Must have a passion for selling wine and spirits.
* Must have a strong understanding of pricing and promotion strategies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
* Must be an aggressive self-starter.
