STARLUX Airlines invites applications from qualified professionals for the Reservation Customer Service position, which will be based in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

  • Work independently on all aspects of customer service related tasks, including but not limited to reservation and ticketing, customer service/complaints, loyalty program, and Company products and service inquiries;
  • Attend Company arranged customer service training and pass all qualification assessments;
  • Submit weekly station reports, including Ad-hoc waivers and STPC summaries; ensure safekeeping, control and proper usage of accountable documents; work closely with Company’s Sales Team, Marketing Team and Airport Office to generate outstanding customer service.
  • Be able to work rotating shifts including early mornings, nights, holidays and weekends according to roster; and
  • Be able to take and answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to written inquiries via email or chat for extended periods of time during shift.

2. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate manager.

Qualifications

  • Have excellent leadership, multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Be able to react quickly, solve problems and is a team player.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Bilingual is a plus

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience.
