Star Island Resort & Club is Hiring a Front Desk Supervisor Near Kissimmee, FL

SummaryThis position is primarily responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of activities of front desk agents and front desk night auditors.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCore duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Establishes front desk system for task management and tracking, and selects appropriate database and workflow tools.
  • Provides support to Front Desk team, and oversees the Front desk operations.
  • Trains front desk staff on all front desk agent duties and responsibilities.
  • As needed, performs all Front Desk Agent duties promoting team work and leadership by example.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesAssist the Front Desk Manager to supervise front desk employees and night auditors. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
