Ambassador Inn is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Kissimmee, FL

SCHEDULE:

Monday- 9am to 4pm

Tuesday- 9am to 4pm

Thursday- 9am to 4pm

Saturday- 9am to 4pm

Sunday- 9am to 4pm

BILINGUAL-ENGLISH/SPANISH IS REQUIRED

35 HOURS PER WEEK with additional days available if wanted

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly hotel front desk to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephonic bookings, and verifying guests' payment methods during check-in. You should have a pleasant and professional disposition with guests and other hotel staff.

To be successful as a hotel front desk, you should provide guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding area, and stay up-to-date on attractions that may be of interest to guests.

Hotel Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Checking guests in and out.
  • Receiving and managing reservations made online and by telephone.
  • Verifying guests' payment methods and identification during check-in.
  • Assigning rooms to guests.
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel.

Hotel Front Desk Requirements:

  • High school qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-presented and professional appearance.
  • Competency with computers and general functions
  • Ability to learn on the job.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift
  • No nights

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Kissimmee, FL 34741: Relocate before starting work (Required)
