Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the dental office. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Keep the reception area clean and organized

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
