Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:
