Houston Dental Partners is now seeking a part time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Houston,TX.

Our practice features a tenured and experienced staff and is excited to add an additional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our team. Our growing practice is focused on all aspects of dentistry and utilizes a digital scanner, upgraded Cavitron, and laser technology to treat patients.

Ideal Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) candidates will have a set schedule of their choosing:

7:45am-5pm, 2 consistent days per week.

Closed for lunch daily: Noon - 1pm

Responsibilities

• Screening patients during check-ups
• Reviewing patient's history
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
• Conduct screenings
• Assist patients with oral hygiene

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) certification required
• Prefer 2 years experience as a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in a busy private practice setting
• Laser certified preferred
• Experience in a specialty dental practice preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
