Your Key Responsibilities

• You will serve as senior project engineer, performing in depth evaluation and alternative analyses to support project decisions and resolve unusual and complex situations.
• You will be in charge of the design of complex projects and ensure compliance with project requirements and assess environmental impact and project risks.
• You will collaborate with other professionals in positioning for potential projects, writing technical portions of proposals, participating in client interviews and supporting negotiations for project contracts.
• You will support Project Manager(s) with technical evidenced proposals as project issues arise with clients, contractors, equipment suppliers/vendors, or reviewing agencies.
• You will support business case for project decisions through environmental impact assessments and evaluation of project risks.
• You will lead, manage and monitor progress of the civil technical elements within each phase of a project.
• Provide guidance to other team members as an internal technical expert.
• Supervise and monitor client relationship strategies.
• You will be the engineer of record on own work product, work of non-licensed engineers and technologist.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree Engineering with an emphasis in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
