Stanley Sports Supply is currently seeking a Inside Customer Support/Sales Admin to join our hardworking sales Sales team in Clearwater, Florida to help us achieve our goal of doubling the size of our business in the next few years. !

Sales Customer Support Admin Job Responsibilities:

Our Sales Account Executives are responsible for:

  • fEor establishing and growing relationships with our customers all across the country through outbound phone, email, sms, and online orders
  • Proactive Outbound calling for prospecting for potential new customers
  • Generating sales from and providing customer service to all company accounts Establish long-term loyal customer relationships
  • Working enthusiastically with all areas of the company to achieve corporate goalsPresent key products while focusing on customer needs and expectations

Internal customer service – assist sales team in various duties

Handle customer service calls and feedback responses

Ideal Customer Support Candidates Would PossessA strong work ethic

  • Proven sales or customer support experience

A responsive, action oriented, and customer obsessed drive for success

  • A proactive, upbeat, and positive attitude
  • Flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking
  • The capability to demonstrate strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Experience within the fishing industry is sporting goodds, cutlery, optics, and other related accessories is a PLUS!
  • Great teamwork skills to help complete goals

Sales Customer Support Admin Pay and Benefits

Stanley Sports Supply is a business casual environment and offers a generous benefits compensation package that includes commissions and achievement bonuses, including a minimum gross pay guarantee of no less than $40k your first year.
