Hays Facilities Management are partnered with an industry leader in supplies and shipping to hire a Regional Facilities Manager for their Allentown, PA location

Your new role

The job duties for the Regional Facilities Manager will include the following:

- Oversight and management of all Facility, Maintenance activities (MEP), and staffing

- Management of Opex and Capex budgets and projects

- Development of SOP's around preventive maintenance, site audits and working with 3rd party vendors

- Work onsite and be able to travel as needed

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Must have! Experience working in large-scale operations (Large Warehouses, Distribution Centers, over 1 million sq. ft.)

- CMMS and BMS familiarity is required

- Large budget experience, (in excess of $4MM)

- Must have a 4-Year College degree, with preference for a Master's (No exceptions)

- Must pass pre-employment assessments/test and pass background and drug test (Hair analysis)

- **Relocation is available to the Allentown area for the right candidate**

What you'll get in return

Base range between $150-165K, (may flex a bit), plus generous profit-sharing bonus
