A newly renovated hotel in the West End's ONLY Marriott brand - Four Points Allentown Lehigh Valley - is seeking a Maintenance Manager.
Duties:
- The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of general hotel maintenance AND building electrical/mechanical systems.
- Responsibilities also include actively participating in ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Skills required include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical - the candidate will use these skill sets as needed to maintain both guest rooms and all public areas of the hotel.
- Candidate MUST hold a pool certification; HVAC certification is a plus.
- Preventative Maintenance program done daily.
- Must be flexible and willing to work on weekends. On-call as well.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, be highly organized, and take great pride in a job well done.
- The candidate must work well under pressure and be able to change priorities quickly and easily, requiring little to no supervision to complete duties.
- Must be computer literate.
- Candidate must work well in a team environment, and be focused, positive, friendly, and professional.
- This position requires a flexible schedule including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
