Sheraton Orlando Airport is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join their team!
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Grab & Go, and Banquets) and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The F&B Manager's responsibilities include: forecasting, planning and managing all F&B orders, hiring, training, scheduling and counseling of all staff members in these departments. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
JOB DUTIES:
* Plan and direct the functions of administration of the F&B Outlets to meet the daily needs of operation.
* Responsible for short and long-term planning of all outlets including Restaurant, Bar, and To Go.
* Responsible for the selection, training and development of the team members within the department.
* Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and team satisfaction results.
* Full understanding of team engagement with guests.
* Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
* Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives.
* Responsible for maintaining high energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
* Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of restaurant, banquets, bar and in room dining teams to achieve profitable result.
* Participate with the culinary team, in the creation of attractive and merchandising menus designed to attract a predetermined customer market.
* Consult and work closely with the Director of Sales and Group Manager on a weekly basis as well as with other departments as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel environment
* 2-3 years of management experience
* High school graduate.
