We are looking for a Key Accounts Receivable specialist. You will be working with some of our largest accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens etc. Experience with these customers is a plus but not a requirement. You will be responsible to receive payments from these accounts and enter them into our system (Quickbooks), you will also be responsible for maintaining credits, debits, disputes and chargebacks.

Successful people in this position maintain a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Any accounting related experience is a plus.

We are flexible for this position between the hours of 8-5 Monday - Friday. We are looking for around 25 hours per week but are willing to discuss further options if necessary.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
