We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

 $3000 Per Month Training pay for 60 days!!

The Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac of Columbia Family is going to add "1" person to our sales team to meet our demand of customer traffic and growing sales.

If you have a passion for people and the desire to succeed, then this position is for you! The ideal candidate will love helping and serving customers and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
As an Automotive Sales professional, you will be the first point of contact when a customer visits the showroom. If you are a self-starter who wants to work in a career where your income is determined by your own hard work and success, then please apply!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers who visit the dealership showroom
  • Explain product performance and benefit to the customer
  • Strong Rapport building skills
  • Willingness and commitment to follow a sales process
  • Driven to not only meet but exceed performance goals

Requirements:

  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong and self-motivated personality is a must!
  • Prior experience working with customers and exceptional customer service skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Saturdays are a must!
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

  • Paid training is provided!

Pay $40,000 to $150,000Top performers earn more!
