Overview

Targeted Victory is hiring interns to support our fast-paced business. TV interns will have access to top digital brands and opportunities to sit down with leading DC executives responsible for many of the nation’s most popular brands and services. Because of the many areas of specialized work at Targeted Victory, team leads will tailor many of the work assignments to the current and future professional interests of interns. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities

• Ability to summarize and present data
• Ability to handle new tasks with critical thinking
• Work closely with the team to develop how Targeted Victory should approach and improve current data-centric decision making
• Generate insights that drive decisions for Client Strategy teams and Product teams (Ads, Email, Fundraising, Prospecting etc.)
• Ability to execute requests for internal teams efficiently and with a customer service mentality

Qualifications

This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform tasks with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
• Basic knowledge of query languages including SQL
• Interest or basic knowledge in Python
• Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Einstein Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI etc.) is a plus
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, time management
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
• Experienced working with political data preferred, but not required
