Responsibilities:

Peraton is seeking a Summer 2024 Knowledge Management/SharePoint Intern to support a Cyber Mission sector program based out of Arlington, VA with remote capabilities.

Responsibilities :

• Gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and work with functional areas to define and scope SharePoint projects, document requirements, and applications functionality.
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
• Assist with SharePoint application development and in all facets of web services design, including user interface experience, automated report generation, and automation with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Support current program orientation and on-boarding material and processes for all staff joining the program.
• Maintain quality and accurate job descriptions for all program positions and participate in interviews, as needed.
• Assist program managers to effectively leverage resources across all task areas by developing and maintaining an enterprise-level prospective of resource allocations.
• Ensure resource management performance meets or exceeds contractual required service levels, e.g. filling vacant positions within required timeframes.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications :

• US Citizenship.
• Actively pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree in Systems Engineering, Business Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• MS Office Suite proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications :

• Knowledge of creating and administering SharePoint applications.
• Demonstrated skill in using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, preferably in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
