What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and Manage: Ensure optimal staffing levels and support across the organization.
  • Innovate and Attract: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Engage and Evaluate: Utilize various recruitment methods to identify and assess qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate and Advise: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Onboard and Support: Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in staffing coordination or similar role.
  • WA CNA license required.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Workday) and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
