Staffworks is Hiring a Forklift operator 1st Near Oriskany, NY
Warehouse / Forklift Operator
Work Schedule : M-F 7am 3 : 30pm or 7am to 5 : 30pm
Pay rate : $17.00
Staffworks is looking for a Warehouse / Forklift Operator to move pallets and material around. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.
Warehouse / Forklift Operator Responsibilities
Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Assist inventory control personnel with physical inventory counts & in reconciling inventory errors.
Transport raw materials to production workstations
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Additional duties as assigned.
Warehouse / Forklift Operator Requirements
Proven experience as forklift operator
Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
Experience in a dock / warehouse environment is required
Ability to read and write the English language.
Must possess basic math skills.
High school diploma
