T & T Sales, Inc. is Hiring an Inventory Manager Near Latham, NY

Inventory Control Supervisor

Hours: 40 hrs per week within the hours of Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Duties:

  • Verify number of items received
  • Separate shipment by product
  • Check in product against invoice
  • Receive in (Key-Rec) items into the system
  • Label product with Item number
  • Put away on shelf or in overstock as necessary
  • Pick special order items and label with customer info
  • Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses and yard
  • Managing the non-inventory items stored
  • Performing Inventory counts to maintain accuracy
  • Responsible for managing all items allocated for scrap.

General Warehouse Duties: Keeping the warehouse neat and clean, following all safety and OSHA regulations, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude including ability to use forklift safely and carefully lifting oversized equipment with precision
  • Applies general math skills including; numbering items, performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Familiar with NetSuite a plus
  • Ability to speak distinctly and see and hear clearly.
  • Adhere to safety procedures consistent with warehouse operations

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
