Staffworks is Hiring a Grinder Near Orange, CT
Our client is a very large international employer with a facility located in Orange, CT. They are a major manufacturer and distributor in industrial and construction markets.
The site has a 1st shift 24 / 7 operation with many new machines purchased, tons of stability, and growth opportunities.
They are currently seeking a OD / ID Grinder.

Responsibilities :
Must be able to read, review, understand, and interpret blueprint specifications for machined and / or fabricated parts with a special focus on stamping die components.
Competent in the use of inspection tools.
- Operates surface grinders, tool room lathe, turning, and mill.
- Performs precise grinding of tooling and uses various gages and micrometers as required
- Troubleshoots and follows through with solutions to problems.
Qualifications :
- Min 5 Years’Manual and CNC Grinding Experience
- Experience with closely related seal products a plus.

7a - 3pm, with OT available
