Warehouse/ Forklift Operator
Work Schedule: M-F 7am – 3:30pm or 7am to 5:30pm
Pay rate: $17.00
Staffworks is looking for a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to move pallets and material around. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.
Warehouse/ Forklift Operator Responsibilities
· Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
· Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
· Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
· Assist inventory control personnel with physical inventory counts & in reconciling inventory errors.
· Transport raw materials to production workstations
· Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
· Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
· Additional duties as assigned.
Warehouse/ Forklift Operator Requirements
· Proven experience as forklift operator
· Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
· Experience in a dock/warehouse environment is required
· Ability to read and write the English language.
· Must possess basic math skills.
· High school diploma
