Salary : $170,000 - $180,000 / yr.

Essential functions :

• The Director of Customer Service will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Responsibility of ensuring an unparalleled customer experience, characterized by white-glove treatment.
• This position prioritizes professionalism and effectiveness over strict KPIs or metrics.
• The ideal candidate will excel in fostering efficient, professional, and helpful communication, elevating client support to new heights.
• Manage a team of 30 individuals spanning various departments such as Customer Service, Operations, and Sales. This role demands exceptional leadership skills and the ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships.

Experience in product training and a knack for upselling are highly valued, with preference given to candidates with wholesale experience.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five years of management experience
