Staffmark Group is Hiring a Process Improvement Manager Near Hebron, KY

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our warehouse operations. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
As the Process Improvement Manager, you'll analyze current warehouse processes and workflows, develop strategies to enhance efficiency, and monitor key performance indicators. Collaborating with departments like logistics and IT, you'll ensure seamless integration of processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Utilizing data insights, you'll recommend changes for optimization and provide regular reports to management. You'll also lead training programs to ensure team proficiency and provide ongoing support for procedure adherence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
